Gerson Henao-Hoyos, Savile Row Coat Making Apprentice (Graduating Summer 2024)
Gerson Henao-Hoyos has worked under Henry Pooles coat maker Maria for the past four years and has dedicated himself to learning every aspect of bespoke coat-making as a full-time profession, on Savile Row. Before this he attended The LAB as a student, making beautiful work from the outset. A natural artisan, he joins us now to pass on everything he has learned so far to our beginners’ group. Gerson is passionate about inspiring next generation tailors to see the beauty in the bespoke tailoring craft, demonstrating the true value of practicing this heritage skill and pushing yourself to do so at the highest standards.
